Background
Mr. Benjamin is a resident of Arlington, and has practiced law since 2011. Before starting his own practice, he was an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Jennifer A. Thorn, PC, where he practiced divorce and family law. Prior to returning to Massachusetts, he was an associate attorney at Roderick Linton Belfance, LLP, the oldest law firm in Akron, Ohio, where he practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, debtors’ rights, creditors’ rights, and divorce and family law.
Mr. Benjamin is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the National Association of Divorce Professionals (NADP).
